I was hesitant to buy this first, but I'm so glad I did. It's so easy to use and my face is not irritated, as it did when I used my fingers. This is all the waste out with very little pressure for the most part. And if you have to press a little 'harder than usual look at his face busted up! This really helps to spot disappears quickly after being kidnapped, and when I use it, it is not obvious that I just turned one.
I had been eying this type of online tool for a while 'and wondered if we could actually do something for my acne / blackhead problem.
I decided to buy this one days after seeing it in its category, the highest this alley trick (dot) com.
Surprisingly, remove the small ring (for whiteheads) with acne actually very little, and areas difficult to close the eyes and nose.
The plate / large loop points to push blacks is difficult to use in areas like the nose (where most blacks have the points) and is useful only for occasional flat areas along the forehead and cheeks. Still working on the small ring blacks, often, to give it a try.
Little or no scarring results, then I use it every night just to clarify the form of small whiteheads.
Just know that you will have to endure a pain to work properly: to push the small ring to bottom, inside to attach Whitehead. Then, if you have not yet come, to keep pressure on it while rolling over his face so that the cycle ends the tip moving at Whitehead. The combined pressure of 3 pages is usually enough to remove everything (even if it hurts).
Definitely recommended, but even more for whiteheads points blacks. (cystic acne .. no chance)
4.0 out of 5 stars seems to work
i’ve had a field of blackheads between my eyebrows and up into my forehead that were always very difficult to get out with my fingers.

Really good quality
Really good quality. However, there is 2 side, one smaller loop and one bigger loop. I find the smaller the loop the better… at least for my skin.

Hmm No really happy with it
Very professional and robust item. But it did not work for me, it hurts the skin. I am not very familiar with such materiel so do not take my comment very seriously.
I'm not the best puller that I used. The largest is too big for 90% of all skin types. The end of small good works. I would recommend an extractor with a purpose similar to the smaller end, with the other end consists of a lancet to open pores prior to extractions. This makes extracting a lot less painful. If you do not have a hands ventilation, use a needle sterilized before extraction. You have much more success with much less pain. If you have small pores, I would recommend one exteactor with a hook, even the smallest of the small hook on this product.

Bought it for my fiancee…
I bought this for my fiancee but ended up stealing it from her… it works extremely well and is much more efficient than using your fingers.

OK, but other products are better
I’ve found that the Revlon version of this works much better on my skin – it doesn’t require as much pressure

Kitchen tool, maybe — Spa tool, no
I thought this would be better than my tried-and-true Revlon tool for removing skin bumps, but it does not work. Except, maybe, as a lemon zester?

Pop!
Strong, versatile and good quality tool. Popped me some good ones with this without damaging the surrounding skin.

Black head remover
Well made product, German stainless, and it works great. Should last a very long time.

Suprising!
I have been considering purchasing one of these for years, but have always been dubious about their effectiveness.
