Botulinum toxin (Botox) is used to treat muscle spasms, its diluted form, known commercially as Botox, to infiltrate with an extra fine needle into the muscle beneath the skin of the area you want to treat, inhibit muscle movement, leading to erase wrinkles and the skin looks younger.

This treatment is not definitive, and the effect of the toxin on muscles is temporary, three to six months to regain its normal movement. Can be applied to the eyebrows and nose, in the so-called “crow’s feet” that form in the eyes, forehead and neck. Today the procedure is more demand for facial rejuvenation.

However, poor or excessive use causes conflicts. It is common to see celebrities with their faces changed by the application of botox. Used in excess or so unintelligent, the application of botox can cause paralysis and loss of facial expression, or can transform the face, showing his “completed”.

Basically, botox will reduce the appearance of wrinkles, but this effect is temporary and has a wide range of risks, including paralysis of the muscles and bad changes in facial expressions. Thus, Botox is a fountain of youth or the poison injected into your face? Like so many other things in life, the answer is not black and white, and even this response does not conform to many readers who are loyal to a certain extent.
